“I love helping people in any way that I can. That is what you get to do in a doctor’s office, and that’s why I decided to go into the medical field! I graduated from Everest College as a Medical Assistant in 2011. I started with Gilroy Family Medical Group about a year and a half ago. What I love about our group is that all of the staff is very friendly. We all work together as a team to make sure that our patients needs are met. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, go for runs, bake, dance, visit family, and spend time with friends. I would love to soon be able to buy a house, start a family, and if time permits – go back to school to keep learning new things within the medical field.”Diana Reyes
“I started working here at Gilroy Family Medical Group in 2015. My first day here was very welcoming and I felt right at home. Everyone introduced themselves and were so excited to see a new face! What I love about my job is being able to see patients leave happy after their appointments. My goal every day is to give each patient the satisfaction that they need. I am happy when they are happy! 🙂 In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids – either going to parks or taking mini vacations.”

“I’ve been with Dr. Sakai for 9 years now, but have been a medical assistant for 20 years. My goal is to help the patient and doctor to make the office visit run efficiently. Dr. Sakai and I have worked hard to act as team and a family in order to give each patient the best care during their visit and after-care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 2 young children.”

“I joined the GFMG family 15 years ago. From day one, it has been a close-knit group which has become family. I love coming to work every day, and get the satisfaction knowing I’m always striving to do my best. Not only do we assist the doctors – but we learn to multitask in our daily work environment. I was born and raised in Hollister, CA. In my free time, I enjoy spending date nights with my husband and quality time with my three children.”

“I moved to Northern California in 2007 and started working with GFMG in 2009. It has been a pleasure growing as an individual, and with the group, helping to make each patient feel comfortable because we all know how nerve-wracking it can be seeing a new doctor. I really enjoy working as a Medical Assistant to make a difference in our community to provide the best medical care. I’m a mother of 3 and a wife, so I understand how time is everything. In my free time, I love dancing, singing, and most of all, family time. That’s what we are here at GFMG – family.”
